With the global advancement of digitalisation, digital education has become essential for enhancing competitiveness and developing talent. Sustained progress hinges on maintaining a consistent learning rhythm. Hong Kong Education City (EdCity) has launched “PICCKS GO!” (formerly known as Points & Rewards), this programme uses a rewards scheme based on accumulating PICCKS Points to encourage students to make good use of EdCity’s online learning resources. By integrating self-directed learning into their daily routines, students can develop e-learning skills and self-directed learning abilities, better preparing them for future technology education.

Hong Kong primary and secondary school students (with an EdCity student account)

September 2026 to August 2027
Participation and scoring method
- Registration: Participants are required to complete this registration form.
- Finish monthly mission: From September 2026 to August 2027, EdCity will send a list of learning resources via registered email to successfully registered participants on the 30th day of each month. Participants are required to log in to EdCity and on that day and use specified EdCity learning resources to study on that day* to receive 5 additional PICCKS Points. The participant with the highest number of mission records will receive the prize^.

* 1.For details, please refer to the “EdCity learning resources” section and select appropriate learning content to earn additional PICCKS Points. Participants can earn additional points for each learning type up to 3 times only.

PICCKS GO! Monthly Rewards Schedule
The programme will be conducted in two phases:
Phase 1: September 2026 to May 2027 – Use designated EdCity learning resources on the 30th of each month to earn 5 additional PICCKS Points
Phase 2 (Summer Special Programme): June to August 2027 – Use designated EdCity learning resources on the 30th of each month to receive Small Campus commemorative furniture
Note:
*Participants are required to use the learning resources on the 28th in February.
Prizes

Students who complete the monthly tasks a specified number of times during the period from 1 September 2026 to 31 May 2027 will receive an e-certificate.
Cumulative Number of Missions Completed # E-Certificate 9 GO! Master Award 8 GO! Pioneer Award 7 GO! Rising Star Award 🏆 Including the months of the Summer Special Programme, students who complete the monthly tasks on 12 consecutive occasions will be awarded the "Self-Directed Learning Star of the Year" physical certificate along with prize.
- Including the months of the Summer Special Programme, the top 10 schools with the highest cumulative mission records# (separately for secondary and primary school groups) will receive the “Outstanding Campus Award.”
- Each awarded school will receive a physical certificate.
Notes:
#To encourage sustained participation, only one mission record will be counted for each user per month.
Rules of the Programme
- EdCity reserves the final decision on the distribution of additional PICCKS Points, awarding of gifts, and termination of the programme.
- In case of any dispute, EdCity’s decision is final and binding.
