Promoting reading has always been a key initiative of Hong Kong Education City (EdCity). Responding to World Book Day, and to further promote a reading culture in schools and help students develop reading habits, the PICCKS Student Scheme continues to launch the Reading Charter – Reading Star Program this year. This program offers students access to a wealth of self-learning videos and reading resources, along with a diverse variety of activities designed to inspire a love for reading.
