The Crow and the Peacock

出版日期: 2024年1月2日

A crow and a peacock lived in a deep jungle. The crow was envious of the peacock’s beautiful feathers and hoped to have feathers like the peacock. One day, the crow found some beautiful feathers of a peacock in the jungle. She took the feathers one by one and stuck them among her own feathers.

The crow was very happy with her new look and went to show off her new feathers to the peacock. ‘Putting on peacock feathers will not make you a peacock,’ the peacock told her.

The crow was embarrassed and ashamed of her actions. She realised that she should accept herself the way she was and not try to be someone else. The crow apologised to the peacock and they became friends again.

The story told us that we should accept ourselves the way we are and learn to improve ourselves positively.
